CLASSES

Oakton Strength & Conditioning

All Strength & Conditioning classes are lead by a certified strength coach to teach you proper movement patterns, improve form and keep you motivated through each workout. The strength portion of the workout has a mix of barbells, dumbbells or kettlebells to keep you building strength and muscle. The conditioning segment of the workout involves fast pace circuits to improve endurance and burn body fat. All experience levels are welcome.

Personal Training

Our expert trainers will develop a plan to get you started, build your confidence and apply better habits to live a healthier lifestyle.

Youth Strength

This Youth Fitness Program has a main focus on strength & power development, increased reaction time along with joint mobility and injury prevention for young athletes.

Nutrition Coaching

Our nutrition program will help you improve your relationship with food and get you back on track for success.
