There are two simple ways to get started. You can book a consultation to meet one-on-one with a trainer, discuss your goals, and learn which training options are the best fit for you. Or, you can purchase a drop-in pass to try out a class and get a feel for the gym, the community, and our coaching style. Both are great first steps toward achieving your fitness goals.

In your first few sessions, you’ll be welcomed into a supportive environment where you’ll meet your coach and begin training at a pace that matches your current fitness level. The focus will be on learning proper movement, building confidence, and helping you feel comfortable and prepared to progress safely and effectively.

While we don’t offer discounts for students or seniors, we do provide 10% off for teachers and veterans as a thank you for your service. We also offer a referral bonus when you sign up with a friend-it’s a great way to stay motivated and train together.

We’re not a 24/7 facility. All training sessions and classes are by appointment only, ensuring every visit is purposeful, coach-led, and tailored to your goals. This structured approach helps us deliver a high-quality, results-driven experience for every member.

Yes-our certified coaches offer one-on-one personal training for those seeking individualized guidance, accountability, and a customized plan. It’s an effective way to build confidence, stay consistent, and accelerate your progress.

Small group training typically ranges from $10–$15 per session, depending on frequency.

Personal training sessions range from $60–$120 per session depending on the program.Most personal training clients train 2x-3x per week, with a monthly investment ranging from $432–$846.

We do not offer on-site childcare. However, many of our members with children find success by scheduling sessions during school hours or coordinating with a partner or family member. Our team is happy to help you create a routine that fits your schedule.
