METCON
Our MetCon class combines strength training and cardio to boost your metabolism and improve heart health. Suitable for all fitness levels, these full-body workouts include light weightlifting, bodyweight exercises, cardio intervals, and functional drills to improve endurance, strength, and agility in a fun, supportive group.
